The Galil Ace Gen II semi-automatic rifle carries forward the proven architecture of the Galil family and modernizes it with technical choices geared toward reliability and accuracy. Chambered in 7.62x39mm, it has a 16-inch, cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel made from CrMoV alloy for increased durability and wear resistance.

The action pairs a rotating bolt with a long-stroke piston, providing consistent operation across varied conditions and simplified maintenance. This mechanical design is matched with contemporary ergonomics: a free-float M-LOK handguard with cutouts at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions for mounting accessories without affecting barrel harmonics. The top rail runs 18 inches, allowing optics and accessories to be mounted on a clear, uninterrupted platform.

The side-folding stock is adjustable, making transport easier and letting users tailor the length of pull to their preference; overall length ranges from 91 cm folded to 99.7 cm extended. The Galil Ace Gen II accepts MAGPUL MOE AK/AKM PMAG magazines and offers a standard capacity of 30 rounds.
