The Whitetail Pro STR stands out for its balanced design and remarkable performance. It features an elongated stock paired with a fiberglass composite grip, ensuring excellent stability without adding unnecessary weight. Its ergonomics have been specially designed for shooters using a shoulder-mounted stance, providing a perfectly natural hold against the shoulder.

Its TruBark camouflage fully wraps the front grip, enhancing concealment in the field, while the integrated string dampeners reduce vibration for quieter shooting. Its CNC-machined aluminum flight rail and three Picatinny rails offer an appreciable level of precision and customization.

The TriggerTech firing system is based on Frictionless Release technology, which incorporates a floating roller between the trigger and the sear. This mechanism allows for an extremely smooth, light release, minimizing unwanted movement at the moment of firing. The trigger, calibrated to 1.3 kg, ensures perfect control, while the integrated anti dry-fire device (ADF) and the Soft-Lok floating whisker system reinforce safety of use.

With a projectile speed of up to 122 m/s, this crossbow delivers kinetic energy of around 135 pounds, combined with a power stroke of 41.3 cm. Despite its performance, it remains relatively manageable with a length of 92.7 cm, a width of 50.8 cm (axle-to-axle: 45.1 cm) and a weight of just 3.13 kg. Draw weight is 85 kg, compatible with a crank cocking system to make drawing easier.
