SCORPIO 9mm Luger FMJ 124-grain ammunition, offered by STV, is a standard round designed for handguns and semi-automatic carbines chambered in 9x19 mm.
It is manufactured with particular care, incorporating a lead-alloy core (PbSb 98.5) jacketed in brass (CuZn30), ensuring consistent combustion and a stable trajectory.
Its CuZn30 brass case and non-corrosive Boxer-type priming (with a heavy-metal-free version available as an option) ensure optimal mechanical reliability.
Propelled by smokeless double-base powder, this ammunition reaches an average muzzle velocity of 355 m/s for an energy of 504 joules, with a chamber pressure of around 2,100 bar.
This level of performance, compliant with international CIP standards, offers excellent shot consistency and measurable accuracy, with group sizes under 80 mm at 25 meters.
