The Diana R22 Carbon bolt-action rifle in .22 LR calibre stands out for a modern design combining light weight, ergonomics and accuracy. Its aluminium receiver houses a smooth, reliable manual sliding bolt system, allowing a consistent, controlled firing cycle. It is fed by a removable 10-round polymer magazine, suited to regular target use.

The 485 mm cold-hammer-forged floating barrel ensures good projectile stability and consistent accuracy. It is covered by a cylindrical aluminium sleeve with a carbon-fibre-look finish, adding both stiffness and aesthetics. The 1/2 UNF thread at the muzzle allows for adding a compatible moderator, with a retaining washer supplied to secure it in place.

The green synthetic stock has an ambidextrous design with textured areas at the pistol grip and forend, promoting a secure, comfortable grip. Its thick butt pad contributes to a good shoulder hold and comfortable extended use.

The single-action trigger is adjustable, offering a crisp, customisable let-off between roughly 900 g and 1.4 kg. Adjustment is easily done after removing the bolt, via a dedicated screw at the rear of the receiver. A visual cocking indicator positioned at the rear of the bolt allows the firearm's state to be checked at a glance, while the thumb-accessible safety adds to safe use.

On the equipment side, the rifle features a Picatinny rail for mounting optics, plus a second rail under the forend for fitting a bipod. Sling swivels are also present for adding a strap. Altogether, this forms a coherent, versatile platform, suited to precision shooting with a configuration that can grow with the user.
